The
Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing Compounds, Blends
and Alloys of Engineering Polymers.
The Company has STATE OF THE ART production facilities matching
with world class standards. The Company has an Installed capacity
of 3000 MT/ per annum. Company manufactures a wide range of compounded
grades of various engineering polymers.
The Company also offers tailor made Grades as per specifications.
For this the Company has the following Production facilities :
- TWIN
SCREW EXTRUDER from WERNER & PFLEIDERER GmbH, Germany model ZSK
58 M 96 with a rated output of 400 Kgs. per hour.

TWIN SCREW SIDE FEEDER ZSB 40 MR also from WERNER & PFLEIDERER
GmbH, Germany matching with the Extruder and has a capacity to
reinforce filler content upto 50 %.
The
feeding system comprises of 4 feeders from K-TRON and Strand Palletizer
from C.F. Scheer GmbH, Germany.
WERNER & PFLEIDERER control panel to control all the equipments
and SIEMENS drive 6RA70 with 110 KW main motor.
Fully Automatic and Integrated Material Handling System comprises
of Suction feeder for Basic Raw Material Pre-Mixers with capacity
of 300 Kgs. Spiral and Pneumatic conveying system, Storage Silos
with capacity of 6000 Kgs.
Pre drying and post drying facilities comprise of Double Cone Vacuum
Dryer which is double walled, jacketed type with Nitrogen blanketing
with a capacity of 4000 Lts. The Company has also installed a Nitrogen
Plant with a capacity of 5 Nm3 with a purity level of 99.998 %.
Fully automatic and integrated Material Handling System, takes care
of Weighing, Bagging, Sealing and Stitching.
Testing facilities commensurate with the Grades, which covers the
basic test required for the finished product.
